Modern neo-orthodox theologians are using the same trick today that was invented by the Muslims during the time of Aquinas. Truly there is nothing new under the sun! The Islamic dichotomy between reason and faith was adopted by Aquinas and became a central tenet of his philosophy. Some things were true according to reason and some things were true according to faith.
